About me:
I am a graduate student in the Department of Bioengineering at UIUC. I work with Professor Sheng Zhong in his Computational Biology Lab. Now, I am focusing in developing statistical and computational algorithms to identify and discover transcription factor binding site motifs on genome sequences, so that we can further understand the regulation relationships in biological system. I am also interested in comparative genomics and biological network research.
